Policies

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to: [email protected].

Within 30 days of reservation – no refund (Holiday’s are different)

More than 30 days from date of reservation – full refund minus $100 administrative fee per person.

Rescheduling to an alternate date, when available, is possible at no charge.

No refund will be given for no shows or nights not used resulting from premature departure. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of god including personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.

Holidays (Christmas/New Year, Easter)
Within 45 days of reservation – no refund

More than 45 days from date of reservation – full refund minus $200 administrative fee per person.

Check-in Check-out
Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 1:00 pm

Late Check-out Policy
Late check-outs are offered based on availability. Please contact our manager in the morning on the day of your departure to find out if any late check-out is available. It can only be determined          on your departure day. If available, late check-out is complementary until 2pm. Anything after 2pm is $25.00 per hour up until 6pm.

Children’s Policy
Children age 2 and under stay for free. A child is someone 12 years of age and under. Children do not count towards adult room occupation level for the purpose of determining per person pricing per room. Age 13 and over pay adult rates.

Payment
Full payment required upon reservation. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
