All of the food at our boutique hotel in El Salvador is freshly prepared each day. Whenever possible, we purchase from local vendors and strive to have local fresh fish and seafood available daily. In addition to having plenty of fresh coconuts, we also have mango, almond and native fruit trees on the property as well as our own organic herbal garden.

Breakfast is buffet style and includes fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, bread, locally grown and roasted coffee, tea and fresh juice. A warm “tipico” breakfast can also be prepared at no additional cost. For lunch and dinner our guests have the choice from options that include local as well as international cuisine and each meal comes with an appetizer as well as dessert. Our kitchen is flexible with various types of eating preferences and limitations.
